How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?

A: Orders are usually processed and packaged within the same day, but may take up to 10 days. Our primary mail carrier is USPS, which usually takes up to 4-14 business days to deliver (thereafter). Please be aware that USPS is currently backed up on shipments due to the holiday season, meaning your order may be delayed in arrival.

Can I cancel my order?

A: We have a NO cancellation policy, please purchase responsibly.

How often do you restock?

A: We try to restock every few days. Often times, we will make an announcement (through Instagram, TikTok, or email) for big website updates, which usually occur on Friday or Saturday afternoons. If a product you love is out of stock, feel free to sign up for email updates so you are notified of when it comes back!

What do I do if my order says it delivered but I don't have it, or if it has returned to sender?

A: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and accurate shipping address. We understand that packages sometimes are lost or damaged by USPS, but it is not our responsibility once it has been dropped off at the post office. 

IF YOUR ORDER HAS RETURNED TO US, it is the customer's responsibility to repay the shipping fee and provide the correct address. If we do not receive this payment, we will not send back the order, and we will not provide a refund.

Where can I find my order confirmation and tracking information?

A: All order confirmation and shipment notifications will be found via email. Please be sure to check all email folders, including spam.

 

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

A: Our crystals are consciously sourced. We try our best to ensure our crystals are ethically sourced-- our vendors include small, family-owned businesses where miners and carvers work safely and with the proper equipment and pay. With that being said, there are many factors that go into the mining, polishing, and selling of crystals, so it can never be 100% guaranteed that they are ethically sourced. Our vendors also are located in the crystal's country of origin, as close to the mines as possible. We source a variety of crystals from a variety of regions, such as Brazil, Madagascar, China, Mexico, South Africa, India, the USA, and more.

Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! The international shipping fee starts at $20 USD, and may increase due to weight or distance.

Do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?

A: No, but if an issue arises regarding your items, please reach out to us, as we work case-by-case.

Are your crystals real?

A: All of our crystals are genuine and from the Earth, unless stated otherwise, such as man-made or synthetic stones (example: opalite, goldstone, aura-coated, or heated) which will always be disclosed.

Are you looking for brand ambassadors and/or promoters?

A: No, kindly please do not inquire unless our team reaches out first.
